Menopause! Since posting this video about a year ago, I have unfortunately had the pleasure of experiencing some of these lovely symptoms. In this video, my friend Amy (from @goodtogopeace) shared some symptoms she was surprised by. (We don’t discuss weight or sex drive changes since she was expecting those.) Keep in mind that everyone’s menopause experience/symptoms might be different. Find a good doctor who won’t be dismissive and get the help you deserve!
