One of our compatriots, Bryan, has the patience of a well-caffeinated saint! He recently delved into the rather tricky Hario Cold Water Dripper in order to devise the best grind, dose, ratio and timing to produce a slow cold water brew. We took his findings and put Bunny to the task of recreating them! Watch her brew up a delicious batch of Velton's Coffee Ethiopian single origin using this mad scientist's tool kit.
