Beef Stew Crockpot
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat
¼ cup flour
5 cups of chopped vegetables (potatoes, carrots, celery, onions)
1 can of beef broth (15 oz.)
1 cups water
1 package beef stew seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Add salt and pepper to the flour
Coat the beef with the flour
Brown the beef in a skillet
Add beef to the crockpot
Sprinkle the beef stew seasoning over the beef
Add the vegetables, water, beef broth
Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 5 hours
Serve and Enjoy !!!
