Next get the recipe for Garlic Scape Goat Cheese Dip at resist the garlicky goodness and spring-fresh flavor of this zippy dip! Garlic scapes are the bud of the garlic plant and taste just like regular garlic. Mixed with goat and cream cheese they add a zing to this spring dip. Serve with fresh vegetables or pita chips. If serving later, refrigerate, and pull out of refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
