I really love this curry, super tender and spicy, enjoy

1kg/2.2 pounds goat
1/2 cup oil
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1tsp cumin
2tsp chili
2tsp coriander
1tsp green cardamon
1tsp garam masala
1tsp turmeric
fresh chili to taste
2tbsp coriander/cilantro
2tbsp oil (coconut oil in my case)
2tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp curry leaves
1 cup onion
3 cups potato
3 tomatoes
1-pint water
