Ingredients:
Carrots x 2
Finely Chopped Onion x 1
Celery x 1 stick
Garlic x 2 cloves
Ginger paste x 1 tablespoon
Coconut Milk x 1 litre
Chopped tomato x 1 tin
Tomato Pure x 25g
Prawns x about 15
Seafood Mix (salmon, haddock, hake and muscles - optional) x 1kg
White Wine x 45ml
Salt & Pepper x pinch of each or to taste.
