Swaziland has the highest rate of HIV infection in the world. And now, children and families there are facing an urgent drought crisis – at risk of hunger, water shortages and disease. UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador David Beckham visited Swaziland to shine a light on this crisis, calling on the global community to do more to help vulnerable children.
