Deadlift alternatives are necessary here. I love them but I travel a lot and don’t always have heavy enough weights or bands to do do the move and have it feel like anything. Here are the alternate moves I suggest when you don’t have heavy enough weights to feel challenged when following along with an instructor at home whether it’s your FASTer Way to Fat Loss workout or Peloton!

These moves are all pretty postpartum and prenatal friendly except for the split lunge lunge if you have a prolapse or late 3rd tri.
