STUFF YOU'LL NEED:

-A used candle or any other glass container
-Spray paint (I used Krylon ColorMaster with Covermax in White)
-White puffy paint
-Vase filler beads
-Medium grit sandpaper (I recommend 100-150, but don't go above 150!)
-Designs you can trace - snowflakes or whatever your little heart desires!

**Be sure to let the puffy paint dry for AT LEAST 4 hours before proceeding with spray paint. You want to make sure all your paint layers are completely dry before moving on to the next!
