Hello everyone! I would like to share with you a Persian recipe called Dolmeh Fil Fil which is Stuffed Bell Peppers. This is a great dish to serve as an appetizer or main dish. This particular rice stuffing mix can also be used in Dolmeh Bademjan (Stuffed Eggplant), Dolmeh Kadus (Stuffed Zucchini), Dolmeh Gojeh Farangi (Stuffed Tomatoes) nice...right? I hope you find this video easy to follow because that is my goal. :-) :-)
You can serve as is or with Lavash Bread
*If you would like a firmer pepper, cook for 30-35 minutes. If you would like a softer pepper, cook for 45 minutes to an 1 hour.
*Please note: If you are wanting to achieve a softer pepper, please be careful when transferring from the pot to a platter. You will notice at the end, the picture of the finished dish is missing a red pepper. lol
