If you are looking for some Easy Halloween Nail Art then you must check out this video. Easy and simple step by guide to Halloween Nail Art.
Here are the steps:
1 - Apply a base coat - I used Celestial Cosmetics "Blue Moon Base Coat"
2 - Apply one coat of white polish (this will make the colors pop) - I
used Celestial Cosmetics "Snow Clouds"
3 - Apply a liquid latex around your cuticles, to protect your skin and
make clean up easier - I used Bliss Kiss "Simply Peel"
4/5 - Apply the orange and yellow polish in a radial pattern on a make
up sponge - I used Essie "Sunshine State of Mind" and INM Nails "Hey
Sunshine"
6 - Dab the sponge lightly onto your nail a couple of times, add more
polish and repeat 3-4 times until you have the opacity you want
7 - Remove the liquid latex while the polish is still wet
8 - Add a quick dry top coat - I used Seche "Seche Vite", this will
protect the polish and create a smoother surface for stamping your
images.I used Bundle Monster's Halloween 06 stamping plate
9 -, Nicole Diary's clear stamper (10) and Moyou London "Black Knight" stamping polish to stamp the images.
11 - add another layer of quick dry top coat and that's it!
