If you're looking to cool down with a frozen cocktail, try this simple recipe for homemade frosé from Joey Skladany, Chowhound Editor-at-Large and author of the new cookbook Basic Bitchen (out now!). Here's how he describes it:

How about my Shantay, You Frosé? It's super easy. Literally take a bottle of your favorite rosé, freeze it in a Ziploc bag (for five hours minimum), and add it to a blender with a cup and a half of frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of simple syrup. (Simple syrup can be made by dissolving a cup of sugar in a cup of water on the stove. Just make sure it's room temperature before using). Garnish with a mint leaf because it makes it cuter.
