KEY LIME CAKE RECIPE
(May need to make 2-3 for a cake our size)
1 cup Canola Oil
3 large Eggs
1 1/3 cup Whole Milk
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Zest
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 drops green food coloring

GANACHE RECIPE:
You can actually just use melted chocolate chips, let them cool a little, and then begin applying to your cake! Almost any ganache recipe works as well!

We used:
2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

Microwave until fully melted and then let cool slightly so its not a liquid.
