THE THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
2 ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
¾ cup plus 3 tablespoons honey
3 large eggs at room temperature
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup whole milk
Chocolate buttercream icing
Blue and red fondant
Cocoa Puffs Cereal (or similar)
