My two BIGGEST issues with everyone jumping on drugs, gear, peptides etc are this.

1️⃣ This young generation will train for like a month, then IMMEDIATELY look for ways to grow faster. They are impatient and fail to realize that muscle gains outpace your tendons ability to adapt by like 3-6x. Too many easily avoidable injuries.

2️⃣ STRUGGLING is part of the process. You need to experience hitting a wall or plateau with your gains so you can LEARN how to overcome them and expand your training arsenal.

This could be by learning:
✅ How to up your intensity,
✅ New training techniques like dropsets or supersets
✅ New exercises
✅ Trying different rep ranges like pyramid sets or 5,3,1

OR… literally learning that sometimes you just need to take 7 to 12 days OFF from training to let your body re-sensitize itself to muscle damage to try to spark more myonuclei growth once the “newbie gains” phase is over.

If your habits when you first start training in the gym are to avoid hard work and ALWAYS look for the easiest path forward, that mentality will hold you back in the future because your fitness foundation will be weak.
