Tools & Equipment:
Sharp knife with a nice point
Butter knife
Water
Cornflour in a shaker
Fondant rolling pin
1 Circle cutter 2 sizes larger than your cupcake
1 Circle cutter 2 sizes smaller than your cupcake
Small shaped cookie cutter (I used a heart)
Paintbrush

Ingredients:
Cupcake to frost
Buttercream frosting (recipe link below)
Fondant or modelling chocolate in 2 different colours
Uncooked spaghetti noodles
