Hello Ladies,
My name is Aan and today I'm going to talk to you about a very important subject, meaning facial acne. There is a reason for which acne appears in certain areas of your face and it all has to do with what happens inside your body.
In Chinese Medicine, the face is considered the window to your health. Facial acne is a clear indication that something is not right inside your body, so you need to address not only the symptoms but also the root of the problem.
What is your acne telling you?
1. Upper forehead - Problem with the digestive system, your body needs more antioxidants (recommended sources: fresh berries, water with lemon and green tea)
2. Lower forehead - You might suffer from stress, depression, sleep deprivation or circulation problems. Learn to relax, sleep more and consider meditation or deep breathing.
3. Nose - You might suffer from high blood pressure or stress, once again you need to relax and reduce the amount of stress in your life.
4. Eyebrows - You might suffer from liver problems, especially if you are eating too many fats or consuming high quantities of alcohol. The solution is a healthy diet, with a reduced intake of alcohol.
5. Ears - You might suffer from kidney problems and dehydration, especially if you are not drinking enough water and consuming too much salt and/or caffeine. Consider upping your water intake and cutting back on salt and caffeine consumption. Also, do a kidney cleanse from time to time.
6. Cheeks - You might suffer from respiratory problems, including allergies. You need to get yourself tested for allergies and give up smoking as well (pay attention to secondary smoke).
7. Mouth & chin center - You might suffer from stomach or intestinal problems, especially if you eat too much fast food. In order to escape constipation, consider eating fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and other foods that are rich in fiber.
8. Chin (sides) - You might suffer from kidney or reproductive system problems. You need to get treatment for hormonal imbalances and relax more, as stress can cause such problems.
As you have seen, your face acne can offer quite a lot of information when it comes to the general health of your body. For more information on skin health and acne, follow ConsumerHealthDigest.com.
