There are so many patients embarrassed of their conditions but let me tell you this might take time but the recovery rates are good! All you need is proper care of your face specially eyes and mouth, maintain proper hygiene.
Practice these Simple exercises in front of mirror with 10-15 repetitions and twice a day for better results.
These day there is something called as 'temporary facial muscles paralysis' or one might feel mild tingling or numbness. If you wear the mask for long time practice these exercise if you experience any of the above symptoms.
When you use mask which is too tight or ill fitted mask then you might experience this. My next video will help you with how to wear you mask correctly.
