family 4th of july + shaun goes fishing

Shaun and I had a great time participating in HEB's yearly conference and Tournament of Champions giveback day! We got to hang with some special Olympians and WOW what a great day. We played ping pong, yard games, and even a little pickle ball. Seriously such a good time and we were so happy to participate with HEB! ????

Shaun we to Canada on a networking fishing trip! ???? He compared the cold to Everest Base Camp ????...I think I'm going to have to tease him on that a bit for the next few weeks. Come on Shaun they don't even compare HAHA! He had a great time though and it was catch and release so they tossed the fish back in!

Lastly we had such a great WEEK at the lake house celebrating the 4th of July with friends and family! I got there Sunday so I was able to really enjoy some quality time semi off the grid and by the water (it was needed). ???? We played lake games, pickle ball, and then got to watch the fireworks from the boat which was AMAZING. It was so a nice way to enjoy the 4th and kick off the summer. I can't believe summer is almost over, it's flown by so for now I'm going to enjoy the last few weeks before we are in school and holiday mode again! ????
