Turn on the griddle and get ready to get your cheese on! Between two slices of Texas toast, stack on hot carnitas, pepper jack and cheddar cheeses, avocado, cilantro a spicy condiment of jalapeno cream made with sour cream, mayonnaise, pickled jalapenos, garlic and sea salt.
