It's time to say goodbye to Chile and embark on the ferry crossing to Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego for our final destination at the bottom of South America. That's right, in today's video we're finally reaching the city of Ushuaia, also known as the End of the World! This was a long travel day of 11.5 hours starting in the city of Punta Arenas. We crossed at Cruce Bahía Azul, which is a narrow point on the Strait of Magellan. We then continued the bus journey over the border where we got stamped out of Chile and back into Argentina. Along the way, we got to enjoy the scenery which was vastly Patagonian steppe with lots of estancias, which eventually transformed into snow-capped mountains the closer we got to Ushuaia. It was a cool travel experience - though I'm sure you can tell that at this point we were beat! - but it was definitely worth the effort to reach the end of the world. We finished off this epic travel day with some pizza and wine for dinner. We'll see you soon with more travel videos from our time in Ushuaia.
