Get a TOEFL Speaking Evaluation from a professional TOEFL teacher right here: https://toeflspeakingteacher.com/products-and-services/toefl-speaking-evaluation/
This 30-minute call will help you understand your strengths, weaknesses, and what you need to do to improve.
Are you making one of these five TOEFL Speaking mistakes?
If you are, make sure you fix them immediately because they hurt your score.
When you prepare for the TOEFL speaking section, you want to make sure that you don't ignore your weaknesses. If you want to improve your score, your weaknesses are what's holding you back.
Are you recording your voice when you practice? I know you hate the sound of your own voice. Everyone does! However, if you want to improve on the TOEFL speaking section, make sure you record your voice, identify your weaknesses and do the same response multiple times.
Of course, your pronunciation isn't perfect, that's okay. Don't try to fix everything at once. A high score on the TOEFL speaking means you are fluent in English... and that takes time! Don't worry about all of your mistakes, just focus on one problem area at a time.
I said it before but I'll say it again, do the same question multiple times. Do the same question until it's perfect. An intense focus on one specific question, problem, pronunciation, etc. is how you will improve your TOEFL score.
And last but not least, you sound like a robot. You have to "feel" the words you are saying. Imagine you are talking to a friend, not a TOEFL test, and watch your score improve.
