One of my all time favorite ways to make mushrooms, especially if serving them as a proper side and not just a garnish. This video was meant to go up before Christmas but I don’t have to tell you that this recipe is delicious all year round!
RECIPE:
1 lb of Button or Cremini (or baby Bella’s) Mushrooms
4 Tbsp of Olive Oil
6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1/4 cup of Dry White Wine
Handful of chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp of Butter
Salt and Pepper, to taste
