Cabbage - 400gm
Chicken - 1/2kg
Tomato--1 large size
Onion--1 medium size
Carrots--80gm
Bell pepper--40gm
Garlic--5 cloves
Chili--2 pieces
Anato seeds--1 tbsp
Salt---1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper--1/2 tsp
Fish sauce---20ml
Oil
Water
Heat some oil add the garlic onion and tomato saute for 1 minute then add the chicken and cook it for 4 minutes until the color become light brown. Now add the anato water chili and fish sauce cover and cook for 7 minutes. Open the lid and add the carrots bell pepper cabbage salt and ground black pepper cook it for another 4 minutes and it is ready to be served.
