-1 TBSP unrefined coconut oil (I found mine at Whole Foods!)
-1/2 cup plain, full fat Greek yogurt (Nonfat will also work, but regular is better)
-1/2 a mango
-1 banana

Tools
-Vegetable peeler
-Sharp knife
-Food processor
-Spoon or fork
-Bowl or container to store leftovers
