Ingredients: serves 4

6 chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbls sesame oil
1 tbls shaoxing wine
1 tsp cornstarch

1 tbls vegetable oil
1 tbls garlic
1 tbls ginger
1 cup raw prawns/shrimp
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 tbls kecap manis
1 tbls oyster sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock
200g Hokkien noodles

Chilli, coriander to serve (optional)
