On Thanksgiving Day of 2019, Lidia suffered from a basil ganglia intercerebral hemorrhagic stroke.

About nine months into our recovery, our insurance stopped paying for our therapy visits. With the help of our physical and occupational therapists, we were able to get on the list with the students up at the University. We had to wait for the next semester to start before we were invited to participate. We were so excited to get going again with therapy.

We have currently participated in two semesters. We've met some great students and made some good friends. These students have worked so hard to help Lidia with her recovery and we are so grateful for their help and encouragement.

A special thanks go out to Reba and Jeanette who oversee these students and give coaching to them and to us. Our experience with the students has been nothing but positive.

We hope that you enjoy the video. Please feel free to support Lidia in her recovery by giving us a big thumbs up, sharing, and subscribing. Add your comments below if you had any botox injections to help with your spasticity or muscle tone.
