United Nations - UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein has expressed his deep concern on human rights violations in South Sudan. Addressing a dedicated session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva on Wednesday, 14 December 2016, Mr. Zeid urged the African Union to quickly establish the hybrid court envisaged under the Addis Ababa peace agreement, with a strong focus on command responsibility for atrocities.
