HOTEL + HOUSE Renovation Updates ????????️ | International Property Renovation in Argentina

Today's video is a bit of a progress report of the home renovation and hotel renovation in Argentina.

One of the big dilemmas of renovating such a big property with so many different constructions is figuring out what to prioritize. We decided to primarily focus on the smallest and oldest house so that we have a place to live as we continue this project. However, we've also had to prioritize some work on the hotel before things fall into further disrepair; this included cleaning the vegetation off the terracotta tiles on the hotel roof, cleaning the gutters and drainage system, and treating the wooden railings which were in really rough shape.

We'll give you a progress report on the electrical work in the chalet and some problems we encountered along the way, show you the boxes of books and antiques we still need to sort through, share how the newly refinished railings and wooden doors turned out, and a bit more.

These are just a few of the things we've been working on, so it's a random collection of clips from all over the place.
