We know that we need to dramatically reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and do so now. But how do we do it, and how do we make sure that it is done fairly? Thomas Hale is Professor in Public Policy (Global Public Policy) at the Blavatnik School of Government, and Radhika Khosla is Associate Professor at the Smith School of Enterprise and Environment and Research Director of the Oxford India Centre for Sustainable Development.
