Kristian Tapaninaho and Darina Garland, the married co-CEOs of home pizza oven company Ooni, went from Kickstarter to hundreds of millions in revenue.

Tapaninaho got into making pizza at home more than a decade ago, but he found the pizza oven market lacking.

The couple commissioned a prototype and launched what would become Ooni on Kickstarter.

They’ve grown the brand to more than $200 million a year in revenue, all without taking on private equity funding — and have smart advice for entrepreneurs who want to start a product business.
