His advice is clear.

Don’t leave a stable job unless you’re emotionally and financially resilient.

Bring big‑company strengths like transparency but be willing to “think big, start small."

Accept that running even a 5‑person startup is far more intense than managing thousands inside a corporation because you’re building every system from scratch.

But it'll be worth it.
