How I Stopped My Hairloss.
1- Juicing :
I would alternate having 2 juice. 1 is a green detox juice comprising of kale, baby spinach, ginger, celery, amla and honey. The other day I’ll have an ABC juice comprising of Apple, beetroot and carrot. Both are high in antioxidants and vitamins
2- I have 5 overnight soaked almonds :
Almonds contain proteins & vitamin E that help strengthen hair strands. They also contain omega-3 fatty acids that nourish the hair follicles, preventing breakage and excessive shedding. I would also regularly munch on walnuts and seeds.
3- A clean healthy protein rich diet :
Proteins are building blocks for hair, I make sure to have diet rich in proteins, healthy fats, salads and carbs
4- Supplements for hair growth :
Finally I’ve been very consistent with my supplements. They include -
1- Vit C 500 mg
2- Anti- Oxidant Tablet
3- Ashwagandha
4- Multi vitamins
5- Biotin
With the above I also take very good care of my hair following a good hair care routine. You only see results if you are consistent. Having good hair and skin requires a lifestyle change and following it consistently for a minimum of 3 months will definitely help you see good results ????
