I love sausage with a snap and getting that is making it nice and crispy by basting it in the pan. First, put the pan on medium heat. Put the butter in there. When it's almost melted we're putting the sausage in there and when the sausage gets golden brown on one side flip it over. Take a spoon and pick up some of that fat that's in the pan and just baste that top of that sausage. Create a sear on the outside where the pan can't reach and do that same on the other side. When it's fully golden brown all over you can take some thyme, a little bit of garlic and just swirl it around the sausage and then you're going to take it out and you got a snappy sausage.
