How To Make An Oat Milk Pink Rose Latte:

Ingredients:
2 tsp beet powder
1 tsp rose cardamom syrup
1 oz hot water
2 oz espresso
6 oz steamed oat milk
rose petals for garnish

Directions:

Mix beet powder, syrup, and hot water until combined. Stir. Pour into a latte glass. Brew fresh espresso and pour it into the latte glass over the mixture of beet powder and rose water. Top with steamed oat milk and rose petals. 

Syrup:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 cardamom pods
1/2 tsp rose water

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for a few minutes for the flavors to combine. Turn off and let sit for 10 min.
