This is how to make an authentic Kerala Beef Curry, the way it is made in Kerala Teashops / Lunch Shops / Thattukadas. It is absolutely delicious and can be made simply and quickly, using a pressure cooker. For those not familiar with some of the whole and powdered spices used in the preparation.
