TRANSCRIPT
There's nothing better than really fresh homemade ice cream and it turns out that you don't need an ice cream maker to make good homemade ice cream. You can take two freezer bags; fill them with some water and salt to make brine. Put those in the freezer until they get nice and stiff. Then you just pour the sugar, the milk, the cream, into a bag. Mix them thoroughly. Chill that down and then put the mix sandwiched between the two brine bags. Let them sit for fifteen minutes and you've got really nice ice cream, which is especially smooth because that thin layer means that it freezes quickly and it keeps the size of the ice crystals nice and small.
