McDonald's announced that it's releasing a brand new menu item, garlic fries, and the world went nuts! But alas, it's only in San Francisco for now, so here's a an easy homemade version of the seasoning that you can toss right on-top of a large order of fries whenever the garlic craving calls your name.
Garlic Fries
From Nicole Iizuka, POPSUGAR Food
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup parsley
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
1 teaspoon salt
French fries, homemade or storebought
In a food processor blend together garlic, olive oil, parsley, and parmesan until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
Place about 2 spoonfuls of the sauce in a bowl with about 2 cups of french fries and toss to coat. Serve warm.
