How to make Peri Peri Sauce ????

Peri-Peri sauce is a complex and versatile condiment that will take your palate on a journey. Here Shana shows you how to make Peri Peri sauce at home. Tones of sour, sweet, salty, and spicy all at the same time. Also known as pili pili or Piri piri, depending on where you are. The sauce’s star ingredient is usually the African bird’s eye chili. But can be made with any type of chili you like/prefer/have access to.. Depending on the types of chilies used, the spice level of the sauce can range. You can loosen the sauce as desired by adding some vinegar and water. I like it thick and dippable.
Want to make Peri Peri Chicken, just add some more spices and use it as a marinade!
