In this vlog Mimi and I fly back to London and we show you how to now get jet lag when flying from the east coast to Europe. It's a simple hack... simply get the morning flight from NYC, don't sleep on the plane, arrive in the evening, have dinner, and go to sleep, wake up next morning like a champ. We do this flight every 2-3 months :)
