HUMMUS DIP SNACK PLATE
1.5 cups hummus (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup tzatziki (homemade or store-bought)
1/2 cup baby tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Persian cucumbers, chopped
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
2 tablespoons red onion, diced
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
drizzle extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons fresh herbs (basil, mint, dill, etc.), chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Chop all of your veggies and set them aside.

Spread the hummus in a smooth layer on the bottom of a 12-inch round platter or serving dish (you can also use a pie dish or similar serving dish).

Carefully spread the tzatziki over the hummus, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the sides so you can still see the hummus.

Sprinkle the feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives and red onion over the top. Drizzle olive oil over the top and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.

For dipping, serve with crackers, fresh veggies, and/or whole wheat pita.

NOTES
If you have any leftover dip, add it to an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for 3-4 days.
