An easy baked Salmon meal.. Very few basic ingredients, served with corn on the cob and salad. I make this once every week on days when i can not spend too much time planning what to cook or in the kitchen cooking.
I hope it will be helpful to some of my RAS family.
You need Salmon fillet, shallot, garlic, coriander leaves, chilli powder, store-bought tandoori spice mix, lemon, salt, olive oil. Corn, Mixed salad ingredients for the simple Salad.
