Despite on-the-job experience, Jodi Kennedy found herself at a dead end. She needed a degree to take that next step but didn’t think she had the time or the grit to get it done. The flexibility of her online Bachelor of Science in Management helped her prove to herself that a full-time job doesn’t have to be a barrier to education – and neither does age.
