United Nations - Agade Obang, an Ethiopian refugee in South Sudan, lost both of his parents. With the help of the UN, through a Tertiary Education Programme supported by the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), he has made remarkable strides in his life, especially with his education. During celebrations on 24 October to mark the 71st anniversary of the #UNDay at the Nyakuron Cultural Centre in Juba, South Sudan, Mr. Obang recounted his experience, including the latest milestone he has set his eye on: to become the first one in his family to ever attain a Bachelor's degree.
