Install WordPress locally has never been easy for beginners with XAMPP. This WP local installation latest tutorial 2016 includes all steps for each. Very first we are need to download the XAMPP and latest version of WordPress.
Install XAMPP and put WordPress extracted file in htdocs folder under XAMPP installation. Create New Database and run wordpress installation then write db name, password etc and install it.
