I'm Bob Francis and today I'm going to discuss fiber and its goal in weight loss. Is it really that good?
When it comes to weight loss, dietitians usually agree about one thing - you should eat more fiber. Study published in the Nutritional Reviews found that increased intake of fiber is associated with heightened post-meal satiety and decreases subsequent hunger; which is important for weight loss.

Fiber isn't a fat burner, it aids in weight loss by acting as appetite suppressant i.e. making you feel full without consuming a lot of calories. Basically, you're eating less without even trying. Additionally, high-fiber intake is crucial for digestion which is necessary for healthy weight loss.
