Is Taxidermy ART?

The Field Museum has some of the best taxidermy in the world, much of which was created over a hundred years ago. It got me wondering: is taxidermy itself considered a form of art today? Who decides - and where does it fit in with our ideas of contemporary art? So... we asked some taxidermists!
