This is up there in my top 10 ten curries of all time.
To make this you will need the following.
For the chicken rub
1kg chicken parts
3 tbsp West Indian curry powder
Salt Pepper
1 Scotch bonet
2tsp Thyme
2tbsp garlic

2 cups green onions
2 cups onion
2 cups bell pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
oil
Salt Pepper
1tbsp curry powder
3tsp pepper sauce
hot water
4 cups potatoes
