The roadmap sessions want to bring the community into the process of helping to determine the direction of Joomla. As an Open Source project, what gets done in Joomla depends on volunteers stepping up to make things happen. It takes more than a willingness of the community to help, however. It also takes coordination between what the community wants to see done, what the community is willing and able to create and making sure that all of that will work with the overall vision of where the project wants to go.Internationalization is a big challenge in Joomla! that involves translation, managing, community, communications, leadership and many other important areas of the Project. This is a special roadmap session organized by the Internationalization team of the Joomla Project. This Roadmap meeting are your opportunity to directly influence and be involved in the future direction of Joomla.
