Kamri HANDCUFFED, Graduation, and Paisley's LAST Daddy-Daughter Dance | Behind the Braids Ep. 144

So much has happened! This past week was Paisley's last Daddy-Daughter Dance, we attended Brooklyn & Bailey's graduation from Baylor, celebrated Shaun's birthday, and my brother accidentally LOCKED Kamri up in real handcuffs, and needed the police to come unlock them! After 15 years of Daddy Daughter Dances in elementary school, Shaun had his last one ever with Paisley as she graduates to 5th grade next year. I can't help but get teary every time I watch them together, because they have a very special bond! So sad how fast the kids grow up!

We had grandparents in town for Brooklyn and Bailey's college graduation from Baylor. This is just another milestone moment for us, having two kids finish college! Only FOUR more to go! The girls only have another two weeks together before Brooklyn moves to Utah. I am already getting a lump in my throat for them, knowing that day is coming! ????

While the grandparents were in town, as well as my brother and sister-in-law, and my niece and her husband (and brand new baby) just moved to Dallas, we celebrated Shaun's birthday. Blowing out candles is a thing of the past now, so Shaun had to figure out how to extinguish the ever-lighting candles!

While my brother was here, he decided to prank Kamri by slipping his REAL government-issued handcuffs on her! Only problem was... HE FORGOT THE KEY! Kamri and my brother have a fun relationship, where they are always teasing each other. He thought he finally had her, but by forgetting the key... the joke BACKFIRED on him! After watching about an hours worth of YouTube videos for how to pick real handcuffs, and several DIY improvised shim devices, we had to call the police to come and unlock them! ???? It was hilarious!
